二级微撞击流反应器制备镍钴氧复合材料

摘要:以NiSO4·6H2O为镍源,CoNO32·6H2O为钴源,氨水为沉淀剂,利用二级微撞击流反应器(MISR)制备镍钴氧(Ni-Co-O)复合材料;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面及孔隙度分析仪、电池测试系统等对复合材料的形貌、比表面积以及电化学性能进行表征。结果表明:利用二级MISR制备的Ni-Co-O复合材料粒径约为50 nm,具有较大的比表面积;电流密度为1 A/g时进行循环充放电,最高比电容值达到2 700 F/g左右,循环500次比电容值基本无衰减。

Preparation of Ni-Co-O composites by two-stage micro-impinging stream reactor

Abstract Ni-Co-O composites were prepared by a novel two-stage micro-impinging stream reactor MISR with NiSO4·6H2O and CoNO32·6H2O as raw materials and ammonia as precipitant. The morphology specific surface area and electrochemical performance of the composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy SEM), surface area analyzer and cell testing systems. The results show that Ni-Co-O composites with a particle size of 50 nm and a large specific surface area are prepared by the two-stage MISR. At a constant current density of 1 A/g the Ni-Co-O electrode have a maximum specific capacitance of about 2 700 F/g and almost 100% capacitance retention after 500 charge-discharge cycles.

CO2开关型乳化剂的磁化改性及其破乳性能

摘要:为解决天然壳聚糖(CTS)作为CO2开关型乳化剂时响应破乳不完全的问题,对CTS进行磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子的接枝改性;采用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜对接枝改性产物进行表征,并测试其CO2响应性、乳化性能及破乳效果。结果表明:磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子成功接入CTS,并在水中形成CTS包覆磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子的聚集体颗粒;Fe3O4纳米粒子的接入并不会影响壳聚糖的CO2响应性和乳化性能;磁化改性CTS制备的乳液在CO2作用下,不能完全破乳的情况可在磁性协同作用下发生改善,达到完全的破乳分层。

Magnetic modified CO2 switchable emulsifier and its demulsification capability

Abstract The emulsion stabilized by natural chitosan can not be demulsified completely by the effect of CO2 when chitosan is used as a CO2-switchable emulsifier. In order to resolve this problem the magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been grafted in chitosan. The FT-IR and SEM tests confirm that the magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles are grafted in the chitosan structure successfully and the product aggregate in water with a shape of chitosan coat magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The conductivity experiments confirm that the grafting of Fe3O4 nanoparticles does not affect the CO2-responsive capability of chitosan while the emulsification experiments confirm that the grafting does not affect the emulsification capability of chitosan. The CO2-magnetic experiments illustrate that the emulsion stabilize by the Fe3O4 nanoparticles-graft chitosan can be demulsified completely in the synergistic reaction of CO2 and magnetic.

水介质中纳米碳酸钙颗粒的解聚和分散

摘要:为使纳米碳酸钙(NCC)呈现分散型颗粒特征以提高其功能作用,对NCC颗粒的聚集行为和水介质中NCC聚团体的解聚、分散及其特征进行研究。结果表明,NCC颗粒粒径约为50100 nm,彼此以较强作用结合成中位径d0.5=1.799 μm、表面积平均径D[32]=1.412 μm的聚团体,对添加聚丙烯酸钠CD458NCC悬浮体进行高速搅拌和超声波振荡可使聚团体得到有效解聚并良好分散,其解聚产物的D[3 2] 分别减小至160146 nm d0.5)分别减小至263158 nm

Disaggregation and dispersion of nano-calcium carbonate particles in water medium

Abstract In order to make nano-calcium carbonate NCC exhibit dispersed particle characteristics and to improve its functional role the aggregate behavior and the disaggregation dispersion characteristics of NCC particles in water medium were studied. The results show that the particle size of NCC is between 50~100 nm and the NCC particles combined strongly to form aggregates the median diameter d0.5 and  surface area average diameter  D[3 2]  are  1.799 μm  and  1.412 μm  respectively. High-speed agitation and ultrasonic oscillations of NCC suspensions with the addition of sodium polyacrylate  CD458 can achieve effective disaggregation and dispersion of NCC aggregates through  which the D[3 2] of  the  disaggregation product decreases to 160 and 146 nm and the d0.5 decreases to 263 and 158 nm respectively.

闭式氩气保护分级系统分级钛合金粉

摘要:针对3D打印用钛合金粉(Ti-6Al-4V)分级工艺要求,采用LNIST-180A-2型闭式氩气保护分级系统对其进行分级,借助激光粒径分析仪、粉体流变仪、氧氮分析仪表征粉体粒径、流动性以及氧氮含量。结果表明:使用新型分级系统可以有效将钛合金粉分级为目标粒径段产品(旋风分离器:0~20 μm,半涡分级机:20~50 μm),在一级分级机和二级分级机转速分别为1 500 1 620 r/min,系统压力控制在01.2 kPa时,钛合金粉的产量为8.24 kg/h;分级后的钛合金粉通气率由4.3提高至72.6,流动性能大幅改善;分级后钛合金粉氧、氮含量均符合国家标准。该系统可以满足3D打印用钛合金粉的工业分级要求。

Classification of titanium alloy powder by closed argon protection grading system

Abstract Based on the classifying process requirements of titanium alloy powder (Ti-6Al-4V) used for 3D printing the LNIST-180A-2 closed argongas protection classification system was used to classify the powder. Particle size morphology fluidity and oxygen and nitrogen contents of the powder were indicated by laser particle size analyzer powder rheometer and oxygen nitrogen analyzer. The experimental results show that the titanium alloy powder can be effectively classified into the target particle size (cyclone separator: 0 ~ 20 μm half vortex classifier: 20 ~ 50 μm) using the new classification system. When the speed of the first grade classifier and the second grader are 1 500 r/min and 1 620 r/min respectively and the system pressure is controlled at 0~1.2 kPa the output of titanium alloy powder is 8.24 kg/h. Meanwhlie the aeration rate of the graded titanium alloy powder increases from 4.3 to 72.6 and the liquidity performance is greatly improved. Moreover the contents of oxygen and nitrogen of titanium alloy are all up to the national standard after classification. After testing the system can meet the industrial grading requirements for titanium alloy powder in 3D printing.

中密度纤维板中生产粉尘的最小点火能

摘要:以纤维板生产线中的砂光粉、杨木粉、马尾松粉和香樟粉为对象,研究其不同粒径分布的最小点火能;以粉尘种类和粒径分布为因素进行方差分析。结果表明:随着粉尘粒径的增大,最小点火能逐渐增大;砂光粉尘质量轻、比表面积大且含氮量高,最小点火能明显低于相同粒径的杨木、马尾松和香樟的粉尘;粉尘的粒径分布对木质粉尘最小点火能的影响比较显著,而粉尘种类对最小点火能的影响不显著。

Minimum ignition energy of wood dust based on MDF production

Abstract Wood dust samples with different particle size distribution coming from poplar dust masson pine dust and camphor dust commonly utilized in medium density fiberboard production and sanding dust were used to investigate the minimum ignition energy Emin. The results show that the Emin increase with increase of particle size. The Emin of sanding dust is significantly lower than those of poplar dust masson pine dust and camphor dust due to its light weight large specific surface area and high nitrogen content. Analysis of variance show that the particle size distribution of dust has a significant effect on the Emin of wood dust while the effect of dust species on the minimum ignition energy is insignificant.

以煤矸石为原料熔盐法低温合成纳米莫来石晶须

摘要:以煤矸石和十二水硫酸铝钾(KAlSO42·12H2O)为原料,采用熔盐法低温合成纳米莫来石晶须;利用XRDFESEMLPSA等方法研究莫来石的相组成、微观形貌。结果表明:控制煤矸石与KAlSO42·12H2O的质量比为10.8 ~11.3时,采用熔盐法,合成温度为750~1 000 ℃,可得晶须直径约为20~40 nm的针尖状莫来石粉体。测试表明,采用熔盐法,通过控制合成温度可获得不同微观形貌的纳米莫来石晶须。

Synthesis of nanocrystalline mullite whiskers using coal gangue as raw material by molten salt method

Abstract Using  coal  gangue  and  KAlSO42·12H2O   as   raw materials nanocrystalline mullite whiskers were successfully synthesized by molten salt method. The phase composition microstructure of mullite were studied by means of XRD FESEM LPSA. The results show that the needle-like mullite whiskers with diameter size of 20~40 nm can be obtained when the  weight ratio  of  coal gangue to  KAlSO42·12H2O  is 10.8 ~ 11.3 and the molten salt temperature is 750~1 000 . The nano-mullite whiskers with different micro-morphologies can be obtained by controlling the synthesis temperature by the molten salt method.

钛粉尘云的爆炸特性

摘要:利用20 L球型密闭爆炸装置,对5种不同粒径的球形钛粉进行爆炸实验;选取喷尘压力p、紊流指数tv均处于敏感值的数据,分别拟合出最大爆炸压力Pmax、最大爆炸指数Kmax随钛粉粒径和浓度变化的函数,以及两者的敏感质量浓度、爆炸下限质量浓度ρlim随粒径变化的函数。结果表明:最大爆炸指数的敏感质量浓度和敏感紊流指数大于等于最大爆炸压力的敏感质量浓度和敏感紊流指数;随着粒径增加,最大爆炸压力以二次函数的形式减小,而最大爆炸指数以指数函数的形式减小,两者对应的敏感质量浓度、爆炸下限浓度以线性函数的形式增加;随着钛粉浓度的增加,最大爆炸压力和最大爆炸指数以二次函数的形式先增大后减小。

Explosion characteristic of titanium dust cloud

Abstract The 20 L spherical vessel was used in explosion experiment of spherical titanium powder of five different particle sizes. The research selected the sensitive value data of spray pressure p and turbulent flow index tv and then fitted the function of tendency of maximum explosion pressure pmax and maximum explosion index Kmax influenced by titanium particle size and concentration and then fitted the function of tendency of the sensitivity concentration of Pmax and Kmax and lower explosive limit ρlim influenced by titanium particle size. The results show that the sensitivity concentration and sensitivity turbulence index of Kmax are equal or higher than those of Pmax. As particle size increases Pmax decreases in the form of quadratic function while Pmax decrease in the form of exponential function and the sensitivity concentration and LEL of Pmax and Kmax increase in the form of linear function. As the concentration of titanium powder increase Pmax and Kmax increase at first and then decrease in the form of quadratic function

垂直螺旋输送机生产率计算模型的修正

摘要:为使垂直螺旋输送机的生产率计算模型更符合实际生产情况,在单质点法分析的基础上,以细沙为物料进行实验,考察螺旋转速、取料头转速及细沙垂直输送速度对生产率的影响;基于计算模型推算输送管内物料的填充率,利用MATLAB函数拟合功能,得到生产率与螺旋转速、取料头转速的定量关系式,结合实验测得的垂直输送速度,完成生产率计算模型的修正。结果表明:生产率随垂直螺旋转速的增大而增大,且增长幅度逐渐降低,随取料头转速的增大而近似线性增大;修正后的模型能较为准确地预测垂直螺旋输送机的生产率,平均计算误差在10%以内。

Correction of productivity calculation model of vertical screw conveyor

Abstract In order to make the productivity calculation model of the vertical screw conveyor more in line with the actual situation based on the analysis of single-point method fine sand was used as the material for experiments to examine the influence of screw rotation speed feeder rotation speed and the vertical conveying speed of fine sand on productivity. Based on the calculation model to calculate the filling rate of the material in the conveying pipe and using the MATLAB to fit function the quantitative relationship between the productivity and the screw rotation speed and the feeder rotation speed were obtained and the correction of the productivity calculation model was completed in conjunction with the experimentally measured vertical conveying speed. The results show that the productivity increases with the increase of the screw rotation speed and the increase rate gradually decrease and increase linearly with the increase of the rotation speed of the feeder. The modified model can predict the productivity of vertical screw conveyors more accurate. The average calculation error is within 10%.

疏水性可调型纳米二氧化硅的制备

摘要:为获得疏水性纳米SiO2无机填料,选用3种长链型硅烷偶联剂辛烷基、十二烷基、十六烷基三乙氧基硅烷,在无水条件下制备疏水纳米SiO2,利用红外光谱、透射电镜、比表面积表征产物结构,采用润湿性、固体表面自由能、有机相容性考察产物疏水效果。结果表明:经有机化改性,纳米SiO2颗粒由强亲水性转变为强疏水性,团聚现象明显减弱,表面自由能大幅降低,与有机溶剂的相容性显著提高;通过优化工艺参数得到改性剂与纳米SiO2的最佳质量比为21,产物最大疏水角为145.36 °,并得到一种结构控制性能的“润湿调控”机制。

Preparation of hydrophobic adjustable nano-silica

Abstract In order to obtain hydrophobic nano-SiO2 inorganic fillers three kinds of long-chain silane coupling agent octyl dodecyl and hexadecyl triethoxysilane were used to prepare hydrophobic nano-silica under anhydrous condition. The structure of the product was characterized by IR TEM and BET. The hydrophobic effect of nano-sized SiO2 particles was investigated by the wettability free surface energy of solid and organic compatibility. The results shows that after surface modification the nano-silica particles change from strongly hydrophilic to strongly hydrophobic the aggregation decreases obviously the free surface energy decreases significantly and the organic compatibility highly increases. Among them by optimizing the process parameters the optimum mass ratio of modifier to nano-SiO2 is 21 and the maximum hydrophobic angle  is 145.36 °. In addition a 'wetting regulation' mechanism of structure control performance is drew in this paper.

熔炼功率对EIGA制备Ti-6Al-4V合金粉末特性的影响

摘要:基于电极感应熔炼惰性气体雾化(EIGA)技术制备Ti-6Al-4V钛合金粉末,采用激光粒度仪、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试分析手段研究熔炼功率对粉末粒径分布及形貌的影响规律。结果表明: 在实验参数范围内,EIGA技术制备的Ti-6Al-4V钛合金粉末,具有粒径细小、流动性好、松装密度大、球形度高等特点,适用于3D打印技术;随着熔炼功率的增大,粉末的中值粒径存在细化的趋势,但当功率增大到33 kW时,粉末中值粒径相对增大;球形度下降,并且粉末中卫星球比例也明显增大。从粉末松装密度、流动性、球形度、粒度、形貌等综合因素考虑,适合Ti-6Al-4V钛合金粉末制备的熔炼功率为30 kW

Effect of power on properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy powder prepared by EIGA process

Abstract The Ti-6Al-4V alloy powder was prepared by elga electrode induction melting gas atomization process. The particle size distribution and surface morphology of Ti-6Al-4V powder were characterized by laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy SEM. The results show that the Ti-6Al-4V alloy powder prepared by EIGA is fine and has less hollow ball defects and better sphericity on the basis of our experimental parameters which is suitable for 3D printing. As the melting power increases a D50 value of powder tends to be finer. When the melting power increases to 33 kW the powder particles become coarser. Whats more the proportion of the satellites increases significantly. In consideration of the apparent density flowability sphericity particle size morphology and other factors 30 kW is the suitable power value for Ti-6Al-4V alloy powders preparation.

摘要:结合微流体和磁控组装技术,通过控制紫外光(UV)固化时间制备一维光子晶体碗,实现复杂结构光子晶体的高效、简易制备。采用光学显微镜(OM)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重-差示扫描分析(TG-DSC)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等对产物进行结构与成分表征。结果表明:光子晶体碗显示靓丽的结构色;其内部嵌有由超顺磁性Fe3O4@PVP纳米粒子组成的一维链状结构;光子晶体碗的口径、碗底厚度和颜色可以通过成型过程中微流体油相流速、光固化时间和外加磁场强度等进行调控;光子晶体碗具有磁控开、关效应;独特的几何和光学结构使其具有自显示和比光子晶体球更靓丽的色彩,反射强度高达20%;光子晶体碗的反射强度随口径的增大先增大后减小,随碗底厚度的增加逐渐增强。

Preparation and properties of photonic crystal bowl

Abstract The elaborate combination of magnetically induced self-assembly and microfluidic techniques as well as the control of UV light time was demonstrated to prepare complex structural one-dimensional photonic crystal PC bowls in simple but powerful method through curing polymerizable emulsion droplet uncompletely. The structure and component of the as-obtained product were characterized by OM SEM TG-DSC and VSM. The results show that it presents a bowl-like geometric structure and periodical chain-like structures composed of superparamagnetic Fe3O4@PVP nanoparticles are embedded in polymer matrix. The diameter the thickness of the bottom and the color of the PC bowl can be controlled by the flow rate of oil phase UV photo-polymerization time and the strength of the magnetic field. The effects of diameter and thickness of PC bowl on optical property were also investigated. Because of the unique geometric and optical structure PC bowl are capable of self-display optical switch and strong reflection intensity. These remarkable properties endow PC bowl with promising applications in energy saving display optical switcher and anti-counterfeiting materials.

纳米颗粒定向运动对动态光散射测量结果的影响

摘要:为探究溶液定向运动对动态光散射测量结果的影响,采用动态光散射测量系统对不同流速下的纳米颗粒进行测量。结果表明:当定向运动速度矢量与散射矢量垂直时,自相关曲线基本不变;当定向运动速度矢量与散射矢量呈某一夹角时,流速越大,自相关曲线衰减越快;在某一特定运动速度下,夹角越小,相关曲线的衰减越快;用有限入射光束宽度下的动态光散射理论可解释上述实验结果。

Influence of directional motion of nano-particles on dynamic light scattering measurements

Abstract In order to study the influence of directional motion of nano-particles on dynamic light scattering measurements we measured the nano-particles with different velocity using the  measurement system of dynamic light scattering. The results show that the measured auto-correlation function is almost invariant when the directional velocity is perpendicular to the scattering wave vector. However when the directional velocity and the scattering wave vector are not perpendicular the decay of the auto-correlation function becomes faster as the directional velocity becomes larger. When the velocity is fixed the angle between the velocity and the scattering vector is smaller and the decay of the function is faster. These results agree well with the theory of the dynamic light scattering when the waist of the incident light is limited.

纳米Al2O3颗粒在电刷镀液中的状态及对共沉积的影响

摘要:利用高能机械球磨法制备Ni-Co基纳米Al2O3复合电刷镀液,分析纳米颗粒在镀液中的存在状态和对镀液电化学响应的影响;采用粒径分析仪和红外光谱仪测试镀液中纳米颗粒的粒径分布和吸附特性,利用电化学工作站测试纳米复合镀液的阴极极化曲线和循环伏安响应。结果表明:镀液中纳米颗粒的粒径分布在100 nm左右,纳米颗粒表面吸附多种带电离子和官能团,表面电位为负,使镀液的极化负移和响应电流降低,纳米颗粒的以上特征有利于纳米颗粒和镍钴合金的共沉积。

Presence state of nano-Al2O3 in electro-brush plating solution and effect on co-deposition

Abstract By using high energy mechanical ball milling the nickel-cobalt based nano-Al2O3 composite electro-brush plating solution was prepared then the distribution state of nanoparticles in plating solution was discussed and its effect on the electrochemical properties was also analyzed. The particle-size analyzer and infrared spectrometer were used to test the size of nanoparticles and its adsorption characteristics. The electrochemical workstation was used to test the cathodic polarization curve and cyclic voltammetry response of the nano-composite electro-brush plating solution. The results show that the size of nanoparticles in plating solution is about 100 nm some kinds of charged ion and functional group are adsorbed on the surface of nanoparticles and the surface potential is negative so the polarization negative shift and the response current decreases. All of the above characteristics of nanoparticles are good for the co-deposition of nanoparticles and nickel-cobalt alloy.

氧化石墨烯改性沥青结合料的性能

摘要:为了研究氧化石墨烯(GO)改性沥青结合料的性能,分别利用质量分数为0%0.02%0.05%0.08%GO掺加到AH-70#沥青和SBS改性沥青结合料中进行黏度实验,以及针入度、软化点和延度等 3大指标实验和动态剪切流变(DSR)、多应力恢复蠕变(MSCR)、弯曲梁流变测试(BBR)等实验。结果表明:加入GO可显著提高沥青结合料的黏度、高温稳定性和抗车辙能力,但对低温抗裂性影响并不显著;明显降低沥青结合料的针入度,提高其软化点,但对延度的影响不大;不会明显改变沥青结合料的玻璃化转变温度,但可显著提高其交联密度;对基质沥青的改性效果优于SBS改性沥青,最佳掺量分别为0.05%0.2%

Properties of graphene oxide modified asphalt binder

Abstract In order to obtain the performance of the graphene oxideGO modified asphalt binder the viscosity test traditional indicators test and SHRP test were carried out on the AH-70 # asphalt binder and SBS modified asphalt binder with different GO dosages. The results show that the addition of GO can significantly improve the viscosity high temperature stability and anti-rutting ability of asphalt binder but it has no obvious effect on low temperature crack resistance. GO can obviously reduce the penetration of asphalt binder and improve its softening point but it has little impact on ductility. GO does not significantly change the glass transition temperature of asphalt binder but it can obviously improve the crosslinking density. The modification effect of GO of base asphalt is better than that of SBS modified asphalt and the optimum dosage of base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt is 0.05% and 0.2% respectively.

脉冲喷吹清灰过程的喷吹气流偏斜影响

摘要:为评估喷吹气流偏斜现象对滤筒清灰性能的影响,分别以喷孔式喷口和喷嘴式喷口为研究对象,应用脉冲喷吹实验平台并结合纹影法研究喷吹气流偏斜影响;采用纹影法获取喷口高速气流流场影响区域,对比不同型式和不同孔径的喷口对气流偏斜的影响;采用侧壁压力峰值作为评价指标,测试不同喷口型式的偏斜现象对侧壁压力峰值的影响。结果表明:喷口气流偏斜现象与喷吹压力、喷口孔径成正相关关系,喷吹压力由0.3 MPa升高至0.5 MPa,气流核心区的最大速度由249 m/s增大至381 m/s,水平方向分速度由66 m/s增大至79 m/s,气流偏斜影响区域增大;喷嘴式喷口可以避免脉冲喷吹气流发生偏斜现象,并会增大滤筒侧壁中上部区域的压力峰值,同时改善滤筒侧壁压力峰值分布的均匀性。

Effect of jet airflow deflection in process of pulse-jet cleaning

Abstract In order to investigate the influence of jet airflow deflection on the cleaning performance of filter cartridge with the injection hole and the injection nozzle of the blowing tube as the research objects the pulse-jet experimental platform and the schlieren method were used. The impact zone of high speed airflow was recorded by the schlieren device. The effects of the injection hole of different types and injection hole at different diameters on the airflow deflection were compared. Meanwhile the peak pulse pressure on the side wall of the cartridge was used as the evaluation index to test the influence of airflow deflection on it. The results show that the jet flow deflection is positively related to the jet pressure and the hole diameter. When the jet pressure is increased from 0.3 to 0.5 MPa the maximum velocity in the air core area increases from 249 to 381 m/s and the horizontal velocity increases from 66 to 79 m/s thus the area affected by airflow deflection increases. The injection nozzle can avoid the deflection phenomenon of the pulsed blowing air flow and it can increase the pressure peak in the upper middle area of the cartridge side wall and at the same time it improves the uniformity of the peak  pulse pressure distribution on the side wall of the cartridge.
