PPyCOOH/PPy/Ni/Pt多层管状微米马达的制备及其运动性能

摘要:利用模板辅助的电化学沉积法成功制备出PPyCOOH/PPy/Ni/Pt多层管状微米马达。实验优化了聚吡咯层的电化学沉积条件:最优电荷沉积量和最优电镀液单体浓度分别为0.5 C74 mmol·L-1。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、33′,55-四甲基联苯胺-辣根过氧化物酶(TMB-HRP)显色法和光学显微镜对所得管状微米马达的形貌、成分以及运动性能进行表征。SEM图像显示,马达呈中空单锥型,且外表面光滑、内表面粗糙;EDS能谱分析结果表明,C N NiPt 元素分布于马达中;TMB-HRP显色反应表明,所得管状微米马达外表面含有羧基;运动性能分析表明,燃料浓度的提高可以有效提高管状微米马达的运动速率,当燃料体积分数为4% 时,其运动速率可达485 μm·s-1。此外,马达的运动方向可以通过外部的磁场进行控制。

Fabrication of PPyCOOH/PPy/Ni/Pt multilayer tubular micromotors and their motion behaviors

Abstract PPyCOOH/PPy/Ni/Pt multilayer tubular micromotors were fabricated by using template-assisted electrochemical deposition   method.   The   amount  of  deposition  charge  and  the concentration  of  pyrrole  for  the  deposition  of  PPy  layer  were  optimized.  The  results  show  that  the  optimal   amount   of deposition charge is0.5 Cand the optimal concentration of pyrrole is 74 mmol/L. Scan electron microscopeSEM),  energy  dispersive  X-ray  spectroscopyEDS), 3 3' 55'-tetramethylbenzidine-horseradish peroxidase TMB-HRP-based colorimetric method and optical microscope were used to characterize the structure component and motion behavior of the as-obtained tubular micromotors. SEM images shows that the obtained tubular micromotors were dominated by uniform single cone-shaped structures with smooth outer layer and rough inner layer. EDX mapping analyses clearly reveals the existence of C N Ni and Pt within the tubular micromotors. The result of TMB-HRP-based colorimetric method indicates the presence of carboxyl groups on the outer surface of the tubular micromotors. Motion behavior analyses shows the speed of the tubular micromotors can be enhanced effectively with the increase of the fuel concentration. When the concentration of H2O2 was 4% the speed of tubular micromotors can be increased to 485 μm/s. In addition the result also shows that the motion of micromotors can be controlled by an external magnetic field.

纳米Mg(OH)2包覆粉煤灰空心微珠复合粉体的制备及表征

摘要:为了解决粉煤灰空心微珠白度不高的问题,以粉煤灰空心微珠煅烧样为原料, NaOHMgSO4为包覆剂, 采用非均匀形核法制备了一种纳米MgOH2包覆粉煤灰空心微珠复合粉体材料; 采用白度仪、 粒度仪、 比表面积仪、 X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合粉体进行表征;研究不同工艺条件对复合粉体白度的影响。结果表明:当包覆量(MgOH2与粉煤灰空心微珠质量之比)为50%,包覆剂双加,反应温度为80 ℃时,空心微珠白度由27.1%提高至51.2%,粒径D9860.81 μm增大至66.72 μm,比表面积由4.512 m2/g增大到31.697 m2/gXRDSEM测试结果表明:空心微珠表面包覆了纳米片状MgOH2。该复合粉体有望应用在塑料填料和污水处理领域。

Preparation and characterization of composite powders of fly-ash cenospheres coated with MgOH2 nano-particles

Abstract In order to solve the problem of low whiteness of fly-ash cenospheres the paper takes calcined fly-ash cenospheres as raw materials NaOH and MgSO4 as the coating agents composite powder of fly-ash cenospheres coated with MgOH2 nano-particles was prepared with heterogeneous nucleation method. The composite powers were characterized by the whiteness analyzer particle size analyzer specific surface area analyzer X-ray diffractometer XRD and scanning electron microscope SEM. The effect of different factors on the whiteness of the composite powders was studied. The results show that the whiteness increases from 27.1% to 51.2% the particle size of D98 increases from 60.81 μm to 66.72 μm the specific surface area increases from4.512 m2/g to31.697 m2/g when the coating amount is 50% the coating agents are dropped at the same time and the reaction temperature is80 . XRD and SEM show that the surface of fly-ash cenospheres is coated with nano-lamellar MgOH2. The composite powder is expected to be used in the field of filling plastics and sewage treatment.

机械式高速混合机内部多粒径颗粒混合特性仿真

摘要:采用离散单元法(DEM)对机械式高速混合机内部4种不同粒径亚克力球形颗粒组成的颗粒群的运动混合过程进行数值模拟,分析颗粒混合特性。结果表明,快速混合区域主要集中在混合机中下部,混合机内部颗粒在搅拌桨作用下呈现连续螺旋上下运动状态,中心形成漩涡,高速飞刀有效地防止颗粒团聚;高速混合机的特殊结构以及大小颗粒各异的流动行为,导致颗粒在静止过程中边缘出现少量小颗粒偏析现象;颗粒受力与速度随着高度的增加逐渐减小,并且越高层颗粒受力与速度降低越慢,颗粒尺寸越大颗粒受力与颗粒速度越大,高速旋转的颗粒受到较大离心力作用,使得颗粒法向力大于切向力,颗粒尺寸越大,法向力与切向力差距越大。

Numerical simulation of polydisperse particles mixing characteristics in a mechanical high speed mixer

Abstract The discrete element method DEM was employed to simulate the motion and mixing of internal particle group composed of four different diameters acrylic particles in a mechanical high speed mixer. Analysis of the characteristics of particle mixing shows that the rapid mixing zone is mainly distributed in the middle and lower part of the mixer. Under the action of the agitator blade, the internal particles under a continuous spiral up and down condition. Besides, it forms a whirlpool in the center of the vessel. The high speed chopper prevents the particles from gathering together effectively. The special structure of high speed mixer and the flow behavior of different sizes particles lead to the phenomenon of small particle segregation occurs at the edge of the stationary process. The force and velocity of the particles decrease gradually with the increase of the height, and the decrease of particle force and velocity slow down with the increased height. The greater the particle size is, the higher particle force and velocity are. High-speed rotating particles are subjected to greater centrifugal force and it makes the normal force higher than the tangential force. The greater disparity between normal force and tangential force with the increase of particle size.

基于DEM模拟液固流化床粒度级配对颗粒流动特性的影响

摘要:采用离散单元方法(DEM)对三维液固流化床进行数值模拟。考虑润滑力的作用,对比二元混合、窄级配和宽级配3种粒度级配方式对颗粒分布、速度、温度波动和混合程度的影响。分析结果表明:大颗粒有向床层下部运动的趋势,而小颗粒则有向床层上部聚集的趋势;与窄级配相比,二元混合和宽级配的轴向速度在不同高度上差异较明显,且颗粒温度波动也较小,颗粒更加容易出现偏析;2种颗粒粒径差距越大,越容易分离,而粒径越接近,越难分离,混合程度越好。

Influence of particle size distribution in liquid-solid fluidized bed on particle flow characteristics based on DEM

Abstract  A three-dimensional liquid-solid fluidized bed was numerically simulated by discrete element method DEM. The lubrication force was taken into consideration. The influence of the binary  mixture wide  size distribution and narrow size distribution on  the  particle  size  distribution      particle velocity particle temperature and particle mixed degree were compared. The results show that large particles tend to move toward the lower part of the bed while small ones toward the upper part of the bed compared with narrow size distribution there are obviously different on the axial velocity of binary mixture and wide distribution in different heights and particle is lower in temperature and more prone to segregationthe greater the size disparity is between diameter of two particles the more easily they are separated. On the contrary the closer the diameter of two particles is the more difficult they are separated and thus the better the mixed degree is.

基于正交试验的磨料浆体流变特性

摘要:立足于磨料浆体射流在除鳞领域的应用,通过设计正交试验,对磨料浆体的流变参数进行测量,研究不同因素对2种磨料浆体流变特性的影响效应。结果表明:对于石榴石磨料浆体,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)质量浓度对磨料浆体黏度的影响最为显著,磨料质量浓度次之,磨料粒径对磨料浆体黏度无明显影响。对于钢砂磨料浆体,PAM质量浓度对磨料浆体黏度有显著影响,磨料质量浓度和磨料粒径对磨料浆体黏度无明显影响。利用幂律模型、Bingham模型及Herschel-Bulkley模型对实验测得的流变参数进行拟合,优选出Herschel-Bulkley模型作为描述磨料浆体流变特性的最佳模型,建立了其本构方程,得出磨料浆体的流变特性规律。

Rheological properties research of abrasive suspension based on orthogonal experiment

Abstract The effects of different factors on the rheological properties of abrasive suspension were experimentally conducted by measuring the rheological parameter of abrasive suspension which polyacrylamide PAM), garnet and steel grit were selected as additive and abrasive respectively in the field of descaling of abrasive suspension jet. The results show that abrasive concentration and abrasive grit have little influence on the viscosity of suspension. The garnet and steel grit abrasive slurry viscosity change curves have almost the same rule which the viscosity decreases with the shearing rate increasing. The measured data were fitted using power-law model Bingham model and Herschel-Bulkley model. It is found that Herschel-Bulkley model is more accurate to describe rheological properties of two kinds of abrasive slurry. Based on Herschel-Bulkley model the constitutive equations are established and rheological law is obtained.

螺旋轴直径对螺旋输送机性能的影响

摘要:为了分析螺旋轴直径对螺旋输送机性能的影响,采用颗粒物质力学方法, 借助离散元分析软件, 首先对模型进行了验证, 通过选取一组不同尺寸的螺旋轴,其他模型参数不变, 采用周期性边界处理方法,考察螺旋轴直径在不同螺旋转速下对螺旋输送机性能的影响。结果表明:随着螺旋转速的增加,相同螺旋轴对应的颗粒平均速度增大,能量消耗增加,法向接触力增加,颗粒输送的稳定性降低;在相同的螺旋转速下,随着螺旋轴直径的增加,单位体积上的颗粒数增加,流化层深度增加。得出在保证输送量的同时,甄选螺旋转速900 r/min,螺旋轴直径13 mm为最合适的一组参数。

Influence of screw shaft diameter on performance of vertical screw conveyor

Abstract In order to analyze the influence of the screw shaft diameter on the performance of the screw conveyor the method of granular mechanics was used. By means of the software of discrete element method the model of screw conveyor was verified. Through choosing a group of variable screw shaft and keeping the model parameters still the method of periodic boundary was adopted and the influence of different diameters for screw shaft on the performance of the screw conveyor in the different rotational velocity were discussed. The results show that with the increase of rotational velocity the average particle velocity increases the energy dissipation increases as the same screw shaft and the normal force between particles increases the steady of the conveying particle reduces. With the increase of diameter of the screw shaft the number of particles increases in the unit volume and the depth of the fluidized layer increases. The better match has been got of the test is that the screw shaft diameter is13 mmand the rotational velocity is 900 r/min.

粮食颗粒群密相变径气力输送的流动特性

摘要:针对稀相气力输送能耗和粉料破碎率高以及稳定性差等缺陷,在计算流体力学软件FLUENT上,选择Euler双流体模型与k-ε湍流模型对粮食颗粒在水平变径管内的密相流体输送进行数值模拟,并将仿真数据与实验结果相论证。发现湍流对两相流动过程中的稳定性有较大影响;分析管道内颗粒浓度、输送气体速度和压力损失随管道长度的变化规律,探讨密相气力输送主要参数间的影响关系,得出气流速度、压力损失会随着变径长度的增大分别下降15% 20%

Research on flow characteristics of pneumatic conveying in dense phase stepped pipeline of grain particles

Abstract In order to solve the defects of high energy consumption high breakage rate and poor stability of the dilute phase pneumatic conveying of grain particles. Numerical simulation was conducted on the dense phase fluid transport of grain in the horizontal tube by using Euler double fluid and k-ε model on the platform of computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The influence of turbulence was found when the material flows in the gas-solid two-phase flow by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results. The change rule of performance parameters such as particle concentration distribution velocity of conveying gas and pressure loss in pipeline due to the use of variable diameter pipe were analyzed. The flow characteristics of dense phase pneumatic conveying were discussed. It is concluded that the loss of air velocity and pressure will decrease by 15% and 20% respectively with the increase of the length of the variable diameter.

煤液化残渣中硫的氧化规律

摘要:利用四氢呋喃溶解煤液化残渣,将煤液化残渣分离为油相和四氢呋喃不溶物固体,之后测定其中各形态硫的含量,发现煤液化残渣中98%(质量分数)的硫存在于四氢呋喃不溶物固体中,且主要以磁黄铁矿的形式存在。故此以四氢呋喃不溶物为原料进行空气氧化,研究其中硫的氧化转化规律。结果表明,干空气氧化四氢呋喃不溶物,四氢呋喃不溶物总含硫量减少,氧化过程中生成硫酸盐和单质硫,其中单质硫在氧化过程中进入气相而脱离四氢呋喃不溶物固体;湿空气氧化四氢呋喃不溶物,四氢呋喃不溶物总含硫量基本不变,反应过程中仅有硫酸盐生成。实验条件下,氧化过程由磁黄铁矿颗粒上覆盖的硫酸盐产物层中的氧扩散控制,扩散活化能为26.25 kJ/mol

Study on oxidation of sulfur in coal liquefaction residue

Abstract The residue of coal liquefaction was separated into oil phase and oil insoluble solid through extraction with tetrahydrofuran. The sulfur analysis showed that pyrrhotite were the main source of sulfur in the residue of coal liquefaction and 98% of the sulfur exists in the oil insoluble solid. Therefore the oxidation process was conducted using the oil insoluble solid as feed. The pyrrhotite was converted into sulfate during the oxidation process. When the oil insoluble solid was oxidized with dry air sulfate and sulphur were formed and the total sulfur content in the oil insoluble solid decreased because the sulfur left the oil insoluble solid as a gaseous sulfur in the effluent; when oxidized with humid air  the total amount of sulfur in oil insoluble solid kept constant indicating no sulfur-containing product left the oil insoluble solid and the oxidation product was sulfate only. It is found that the oxidation reaction is controlled by diffusion of oxygen in the sulfate product layer covered on the pyrrhotite particles. Diffusion activation energy is found to be 26.25 kJ/mol.

等离子体法制备导电炭黑的过程与装备研究进展

摘要:综述了热等离子体工艺与低温等离子体工艺制备炭黑的发展历程,认为热等离子体裂解甲烷制备导电炭黑具有转化率高、产物结构好等优势,但高温导致的设备负担,及电极损耗问题亟待解决;而低温等离子体制备导电炭黑亦有反应体系温度低,能耗下降等优势,但缺陷是转化率不高,积碳现象严重。这种工艺虽有待完善,但各方面均胜于燃烧式工艺。等离子体法裂解甲烷不仅可以制备多种碳纳米材料,还能得到氢气、乙炔等珍贵的化工原料。我国天然气资源丰富,该工艺潜力巨大,有待大力发展。

Progress on preparation process and apparatus of conductive carbon black by plasma methods

Abstract This paper reviews the development of carbon black prepared by thermal plasma process and low temperature plasma process. It was found that the preparation of conductive carbon black by thermal plasma has the advantages of high conversion rate and well-developed product structurebut the problems of equipment burden caused by high temperature and electrode loss need to be solved urgentlywhile the low-temperature plasma method has the advantages of low reaction temperature and lower energy consumption versus the disadvantages of low conversion rate and serious carbon deposition. Although these two processes need to be improvedbut they are better than the traditional combustion process in all aspect. Plasma pyrolysis of methane can not only prepare a variety of carbon nanomaterials but also obtain precious chemical raw materials such as hydrogen and acetylene. Due to the abundant natural gas resources in our countrythe plasma technology has great potential and needs further development.

摘要:采用机械湿法研磨,通过正交实验探讨了研磨过程中的工艺参数对二氧化钛分散性和分散稳定性的影响。结果表明,二氧化钛研磨分散的优化工艺条件为:研磨速度3 000 r/min,时间80 min,锆球直径0.2 mmpH9.5,球料比(锆球与二氧化钛的质量比)20:1,优化工艺条件下的二氧化钛颗粒在48 h内仍保持了良好的分散稳定性。对研磨分散后的二氧化钛的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像进行粒径统计得其颗粒平均粒径为136.7 nm,与激光粒度仪测得的平均粒径139.2 nm以及BET比表面积测试法测得的等效直径134.2 nm基本一致,说明研磨后的二氧化钛呈单颗粒分散。

Preparation of single particle dispersed titanium dioxide by wet grinding and its influencing factors

Abstract  The effects of process parameters on the dispersion and stability of TiO2 slurry during the mechanical wet grinding were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results show that the optimum  process  conditions  for  dispersing TiO2 are as follows: 3 000 r/min of grinding speed 80 min of time 0.2 mmof zirconium ball diameter 9.5 of pH and  mass ratio of zirconium ball to TiO2 is 20:1. As-prepared TiO2 slurry under optimal process conditions still maintain a good dispersion stability after 48 h. The average particle size of the titanium dioxide particles is 136.7 nm by counting 200 particles from the image of scanning electron microscopy SEM), which is consistent with the results of average particle size of 139.2 nm measured by laser particle size analyzer and the equivalent diameter of 134.2 nm measured by BET method. It shows that the titanium dioxide particles are single partile dispersed after grinding.

离心选矿机操作参数对选矿效果的影响

摘要:为了研究离心选矿机的操作参数对选矿效果的影响,对离心分选过程中处于不同区域的矿物颗粒进行动力学分析,得出分选锥转速、反冲水流量、给矿流量、给料质量分数为影响矿物颗粒沉降的主要因素。利用Fluent对离心选矿过程进行数值模拟,分析离心选矿机操作参数对质量沉积率的影响,并通过实验验证了仿真结果的可靠性和最佳操作参数的准确性。结果表明,随着分选锥转速、反冲水流量、给矿流量、给料质量分数的增大,质量沉积率呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当分选锥转速为710 r/min,反冲水流量为68 L/min,给矿流量为0.66 m3/h,给料质量分数为20%时,选矿效果最佳。

Analysis of influence of operation parameters of centrifugal concentrator on dressing effect

Abstract In order to study the influence of the operating parameters of the centrifugal concentrator on the beneficiation effect the dynamic analysis of mineral particles in different regions in the process of centrifugal separation was researched. The main factors affecting the settlement of mineral particles were the rotational speed of the conical cone the flow rate of the reverse water the flow rate and the concentration of the ore. The centrifugal dressing process was numerically simulated by Fluent and the influence of operation parameters of centrifugal concentrator on the mass deposition rate was analyzed. The reliability of simulation results and the accuracy of the best operation parameters were further verified by experiments. The results show that the mass deposition rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of the rotating speed of the conical cone the  flow  rate  of  the  reverse  water  the  flow  rate  and the  concentration of the ore supply. When the rotating speed is 710 r/min the flow rate is68 L/min the flow rate is0.66 m3/h and the concentration is 20% the beneficiation effect is the best.

研磨参数对α-Al2O3粉体粒度与分布的影响

摘要:为降低企业生产成本,提高产品质量,得到分散性好、粒度均匀的高纯氧化铝粉体,对研磨时间、转速和浆料配比三因素进行研究,获得优化的研磨参数,以期为高纯铝直接水解法制备高纯超细氧化铝提供参数指导。结果表明:在研磨时间3 h、转速1 300 r/min和浆料配比25%时,高纯氧化铝的分散性良好,粒度及分布均匀集中,是高纯氧化铝制备过程最佳的研磨优化参数。

Abstract To reduce cost improve the quality of the production and obtain high purity alumina powders with good dispersion and uniform granularity milling parameters are optimized based on the research of the three factors of sand milling time rotational speed and slurry ratio and provide guidance for the preparation of high purity ultrafine alumina by direct hydrolysis of high purity aluminum. The results show that high purity alumina powders with good  dispersion and uniform granularity can be obtained at the grinding time of 3 h 1 300 r / min and 25% of the slurry ratio which are the best grinding optimization parameters.

pH响应型空心微球在CSTR中的振荡行为

摘要:通过模板自由基聚合法合成了空心的纳米级pH响应型PNIPAm-co-AAc)微球。搭建在线动态光散射 DLS)和pH耦合监控系统,并在连续流动搅拌反应器(CSTR)中将空心微球与BrO3--SO32--H+这一pH振荡仿生体系混合,实时监测了空心微球粒径的自振荡情况和耦合体系pH振荡动力学行为。结果表明,所合成的空心微球响应性能突出,在接近生化反应环境的CSTR中,伴随体系pH变化粒径发生自振荡行为。

Oscillations of hollow pH sensitive microgels in CSTR

Abstract The hollow pH sensitive PNIPAm-co-AAc microspheres were synthesized through free radical polymerization with templates. Then Coupled the hollow microspheres with the pH oscillation system of BrO3--SO32--H+. The dynamic light scattering systemDLS and the pH detection system were set up to monitor the oscillation of diameter about the hollow microspheres and the pH of the coupling system. The results showed that the responsive performance of the hollow pH sensitive microspheres were excellent. In the continuous stirred tank reactor CSTR), which similar to the biochemical surroundings the microspheres swelled and contracted accompany with the oscillation of the pH values of the coupling system.

机械摩擦和过热表面对粉尘层着火温度的影响

摘要:采用实验研究与理论分析相结合的方法研究机械摩擦和过热表面对粉尘层着火温度的影响,并探究粉尘层的最低着火温度。结果表明:面粉、聚酰胺粉尘、兽药粉因机械摩擦热而点燃的温度分别为310.5 308.5 400.3 ℃;其粉尘层最低着火温度分别为298 ℃、 288 ℃、 389 ℃;在企业生产粉尘的过程中,上述粉尘因机械摩擦造成热积累一直蓄积,摩擦热如导出不及时,就会引发火灾与爆炸事故。

Abstract For the study of mechanical friction and heat surface of ignition temperature of dust layer, the experimental study and theoretical analysis method was studied. The results show that the flour dust, polyamideveterinary medicine powder by mechanical friction heat and light temperature are 310.5 308.5 400.3 . The minimum ignition temperature of dust layer at298 288 and288 respectively. Therefore in the process of production of related companies the above several dust caused by mechanical friction dust layer on fire accident risk is bigger need to improve the production process of van measures to prevent dust explosion.
