微型旋流器对超细颗粒的分离性能

摘要:为提高超细颗粒的分级效果,设计一种直径8 mm的微型旋流器,通过数值模拟与实验研究对比直径8 mm10 mm旋流器对超细颗粒的分离性能。结果表明:8 mm旋流器相比于10 mm旋流器底流产率提高3.8%,溢流浓度降低5.3%,底流浓度基本不变,小于2 μm综合分级效率提高6%,小于5 μm综合分级效率提高3.1%,分离粒度降低0.7 μm左右。

eparation performance contrastive study of micro hydrocyclone for ultrafine particles

Abstract The small diameter hydrocyclone has not a good separation effect. Thereforea kind of 8 mm in diameter micro hydrocyclone was designed and its separation performance was compared with that of 10 mm in diameter hydrocyclone. The numerical simulated and experimental results show that compared with the 10 mm hydrocyclone the underflow output of 8 mm hydrocyclone increases by 3.8% the overflow concentration reduces by 5.3% the underflow concentration is unchanged the comprehensive classification efficiency of -2 μm particles increases by 6% the comprehensive classification efficiency of -5 μm particles increases by 3.1%the cut size reduces about 0.7 μm.

离心式雾化喷嘴参数优化分析

摘要:基于流体力学理论,建立喷嘴物理计算模型;利用Fluent软件对喷嘴参数进行正交试验,得出合理的喷嘴结构参数,再对喷嘴雾化场进行分析。结果表明:在喷嘴口径为1 mm,旋流室半径对喷嘴出口速度影响最为显著;优化后喷嘴雾化场所形成的雾滴平均粒径比较细微,粒径主要分布在25~35 μm之间;雾滴速度随着喷雾距离增大而迅速降低,并保持在10 m/s左右。

Parameters optimization and analysis of

centrifugal atomization nozzle

Abstract For the problem of the atomization effect of nozzle structural parameters a numerical calculation model of centrifugal nozzle was established based on the fluid mechanics theory. The orthogonal test of the nozzle parameters were carried out by the Fluent. A more reasonable structure parameter was obtained and then the atomization field of the nozzle was studied. The results show that the swirling chamber radius is the most remarkable influence on the nozzle flow field with the nozzle of same exit radius. It has formed the smaller average diameter of droplets with the optimized nozzle. The diameter of particles are mainly distributed in between 25~35μm. The cloud droplet speed decreases rapidly with the axis direction and then it keeps in around 10 m/s.

某散装水泥车流化性能仿真分析

摘要:运用Fluent软件,采用双欧拉两相流模型和Gidaspow曳力模型建立某散装水泥罐计算流体动力模型,分别对充气流化过程和卸料过程罐体内的流场进行仿真模拟,以分析流化床的流化性能,为改进设计提供指导;罐体床层内水泥的体积分数表明流化床属于鼓泡床形式,与设计意图相符;罐内流场的速度分布显示流场处于非均匀流状态,且水泥颗粒并没有完全流态化,导致卸料结束时罐内仍有水泥残留。分析结果表明:卸料口直径为100~120 mm 高度取40~55 mm 流化床倾角取10 ~15 °比较合适,且滑料板倾角必须大于40 °。

Fluidization performance simulation of

bulk cement tank truck

Abstract A  gas-particle  computational  fluid  dynamics  flow model was developed to simulate the flow behavior in the three dimensional fluidized bed to evaluate fluidization performance of a bulk cement tank truck. The computational model was based on the Eulerian two-phase flow model. In the model the Gidaspow drag coefficient model was applied to coupling force between the gas and solid phases. Spatial profiles of the fluid volume fraction showed that it is a bubbling type fluidized bed. The simulation results predict fluidization bed is rendered into a non-uniform flow state and the solid particles are not completely fluidized led to cement residue at the end of discharging process. The results show that it is reasonable to set discharge outlet diameter to 100~120 mm discharge outlet height to 40~55 mm fluidized bed slope to 10~15°. The sliding plate slope must be greater than 40°。

基于PIV技术的静电喷嘴雾化参数优化

摘要:为了提高射流液体的雾化效果,在分析荷电作用下两相湍流数学模型的基础上,采用粒子图像测速(particle image velocimetry PIV)技术优化影响静电喷嘴雾化能力的主要参数(液体压力和充电电压)。结果表明:随着液体压力的增大,喷雾粒度表现出明显的单调减小的变化规律;液滴雾化粒度在充电电压10~20 kV之间是变化较大;随着充电电压的增大,雾化角呈现先增大后减小的趋势。通过因素水平综合分析确定液体压力为4 MPa和充电电压在10~25 kV之间对静电雾化喷嘴的雾化效果是最有利的。

Parameters optimization of  electrostatic spray nozzle based on PIV technology

Abstract In order to improve the atomization effect of liquid jet on the basis of mathematical mode that analyzed under the action of charged two phase turbulent flow the main parameters of electrostatic nozzle charging voltage and liquid pressure that affect the optimization ability is optimized by using particle image velocimetryPIV.  The  results show that the spray particle size shows obvious change laws of monotone decreasing with the increase of liquid pressure. The droplets atomized particle size in the charging voltage is between 10 to 20 kV. With the increase of charging voltage atomizing angle shows a trend of decrease after the first increase. Further by factor level comprehensive analysis to determine the liquid pressure of 4 MPa and charging voltage between 10 to 25 kV of electrostatic atomization nozzle atomizing effect is optimum.

● 颗粒测试与表征

Dinger-Funk方程在优化水泥浆孔结构和强度中的应用

摘要:根据Dinger-FunkD-F)方程确定的最紧密堆积模型设计水泥浆体组成材料粉体的配合比,用相关系数和欧式距离表征实际配比中粉体粒径分布与D-F方程的接近程度。采用压汞法(MIP)测试水泥浆体的孔结构,分析欧式距离和孔体积分形维数之间的相关性及二者对抗压强度的影响。结果表明:欧式距离与分形维数之间具有较高的相关性,相关性为85.36%;当欧式距离从85.65减小至57.42时,分形维数从3.17增大到3.21,抗压强度增大,最大增幅为27.77%;当欧式距离从57.42减小至37.61时,分形维数从3.21减小到3.03,抗压强度的增长幅度不明显。

Application of Dinger-Funk equation in optimization of pore structure and strength of cement paste

Abstract The powders mixture proportions of cement paste composition materials were designed based on the maximum density theoretical model determined by Dinger-Funk equation hereafter referred to as D- F equation. The correlation coefficient and Euclidean distance were used to characterize the level of similarity between actual mixture proportions and D-F equation about powder particle size distribution. The pore structure of cement paste was tested by mercury intrusion porosimetry MIP. The relationship between Euclidean distance and fractal dimension of pore volume as well as the effect of them on compressive strength was analyzed specifically. The results show that Euclidean distance has high correlation with fractal dimension the correlation is 85.36%. When Euclidean distance decreases from 85.65 to 57.42 fractal dimension increases from 3.17 to 3.21 the compressive strength shows a trend of increase and obtains a maximum incremental of 27.77%. But when Euclidean distance decreases from 57.42 to 37.61 fractal dimension decreases from 3.21 to 3.03 and the growth of the compressive strength is not obvious.

超细含能固体粉料流动性测试及加料仓设计

摘要:为解决实际火炸药生产中因超细含能固体粉料流动性差而造成的加料不畅等问题,采用基于Jenike剪切测试原理的粉体流动测试仪,对超细化后的高氯酸铵(d50=4.284 μm)、硝基胍(d50=2.150 μm)、硝酸钾(d50=4.794 μm3种含能固体粉料的流动性进行测试,得到相应的流动性参数和流动函数。选用整体流料仓为流动模型,经料仓设计计算公式计算得到高氯酸铵、硝基胍、硝酸钾3种超细含能固体粉料加料仓的最大半顶角θc分别为13.13 8.64 19.20°, 最小出料口口径Dc分别为0.420.590.25 m。试验表明,当加料仓的半顶角θ≤θc,出料口口径DDc,可保证超细含能固体粉料连续均匀稳定加料。

Fluidity test and silo design of ultrafine energetic solid powder

Abstract In order to solve the poor charging in actual production of fire and explosive that caused by poor flow ability of ultrafine energetic solid powder a powder flow tester  based on Jenike shear test was used to study the flow ability of three kinds of ultrafine energetic solid powder ammonium perchlorate d50=4.284 μm nitroguanidine d50=2.150 μmpotassium nitrate d50=4.794 μm. The corresponding mobility parameters and flow functions are obtained. Selected overall flow silo as the flow model through the silo design formulas obtained three kinds of ultrafine energetic solid powder feed bin maximum half angle θc are 13.138.6419.20° and minimum diameter of the discharge port Dc are 0.420.590.25 m respectively. Test shows when the silos half angle θ≤θc outlet aperture DDc can ensure that the ultrafine energetic solid powder continuous uniform and stable feeding.

不同浓度下点火延长时间对煤粉点火能的影响

摘要:为评价煤粉爆炸的潜在危险性,掌握使其燃烧所需的最小点火能及其受浓度和点火延长时间的影响,采用垂直哈特曼管研究不同浓度下点火延长时间对煤粉最小点火能的影响。结果表明:对于粒径为54 μm的煤粉,随着质量浓度的增加,煤粉最小点火能先减小后增大,最佳点火质量浓度为750 g/m3;随着时间的延长,煤粉最小点火能先减小后增大继而趋于平缓,最佳点火延长时间为90 ms

Effect of ignition delay time on pulverized coal ignition energy at different concentrations

Abstract To evaluate the potential risk of coal dust master how the concentration and ignition delay time effected the minimum ignition combustion the Hartmann tube was used to study the effect of comcentration and ignition delay time on the minimum ignition energy. The results show that ror 54 μm pulverized coalwith the concentration increasingpulverized coal minimum ignition energy decreases first and then increases existing the best concentration 750 g/m3. When the concentration is 750 g/m3 with the extension of timewhich also decreases and then increases existing the best ignition delay time 90 ms.

 ● 粉体加工与处理

热力粉碎石英的粉磨特性

摘要:为了提高石英矿的粉磨效率,采用天然石英矿为原料,系统地研究热力粉碎石英矿的粉磨特性。结果表明,热力粉碎能够改变石英矿的物理结构,大幅度降低矿块的硬度,显著提高石英的粉磨效率;影响石英热力粉碎效果的主要因素有煅烧温度、煅烧时间和煅烧粒度,煅烧温度大于600 ℃后可以实现石英的有效粉碎,以800900 ℃为宜,煅烧粒度越小,其粉磨效率越高,煅烧时间与矿块的尺寸有关,其长短由石英矿块内外温度达到平衡的时间来确定;热力粉碎石英与未经热力粉碎的石英相比,不仅大大提高了磨矿效率,而且磨矿产品的粒度分布更窄、更细、更均匀。

Effect of thermal treatment on grinding characteristics of quartz

Abstract In order to improve the grinding efficiency of quartz the grinding characteridtics of natural quartz and calcined quartz by thermal treatment was systematically studied. The results show that the grinding efficiency of calcined quartz is improved dramatically in that the physical structure of the quartz can be changed by thermal treatment to reduce its hardness. The main effect factors of the quartz thermal treatment include calcination temperature time and the size of quartz. Calcination temperature should be higher than 600 to achieve effective grinding of quartz and it is usually set between 800 to 900 . The smaller size of quartz is the higher grinding efficiency is. And calcination time is related to the size of quartz which is determined by the balance time at which the quartz internal temperature is equal to its externa temperature. Comparing with natural quartz the grinding efficiency of calcined quartz is greatly improved and the size of its grinding product is finer and more uniform.

铂基催化剂对甲醛的室温催化净化性能

摘要:采用直接沉淀还原法制备了新型TiO2负载型铂基催化剂,并对该催化剂在甲醛室温完全催化氧化净化反应中的活性、稳定性和适用性进行研究。结果表明:当铂负载量(质量分数)仅为0.10%时,制备的催化剂即可在室温使甲醛净化率达到97%,而且在50 h的稳定性测试中,甲醛净化率始终维持在95%以上;同时该催化剂在甲醛质量浓度为350 mg/m3和空气湿度为36%90%较大变化范围内,也可使甲醛室温净化率始终在90%以上。通过表面形貌和粒径分布分析可知,催化剂中活性组分铂颗粒以25 nm粒径尺度在TiO2载体表面均匀分散,这应该是该催化剂表现出优越甲醛室温催化净化能力的主要原因。

Catalytic purification performance of formaldehyde on Pt-based catalysts at room temperature

Abstract The new TiO2 supported Pt-based catalysts were prepared by direct precipitation and reduction method. And the activity stability and applicability of the as-prepared catalysts in formaldehyde catalytic purification at room temperature were also studied. The results show that the suitable Pt loading is as low as 0.10% over which the removal efficiency of formaldehyde can reach 97% and also keep above 95% during the stability test for 50 h. Meanwhile the formaldehyde removal efficiency on the as-synthesized catalysts remains above 90% while the inlet formaldehyde concentration and inlet relative humidity varies in the range of 350 mg/m3 and 36%90% respectively. Further from the analysis of TEM and size distribution of Pt particles it can be found that the active Pt particles are uniformly dispersed on the surface of TiO2 supporter with small particle size of 25 nm which results in the extinguished formaldehyde catalytic purification performance at room temperature.

不同偶联剂对白炭黑表面的改性及其表征

摘要:采用3种硅烷偶联剂双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基] 四硫化物(Si69)、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)、乙基三甲氧基硅烷(11-100)对沉淀法白炭黑粉体进行有机湿法改性。借助傅里叶红外光谱、接触角仪、纳米粒度及Zeta电位仪、扫描电镜等检测手段对白炭黑改性前后的结构及性能进行表征,研究考察3种不同偶联剂对沉淀法白炭黑的疏水性及分散性的影响。结果表明:3种不同硅烷偶联剂都已成功接枝到白炭黑表面,其中Si69改性的白炭黑剩余羟基数与未改性白炭黑表面羟基数的比值最小,为34.23%;经偶联剂改性后的白炭黑,团聚现象减弱,粒径分布变窄,分散性得到改善,疏水性大小依次为Si69-SiO2>KH570-SiO2>11-100-SiO2;综合对比3种偶联剂的改性效果,Si69的改性效果最好。

Different silane coupling agents on surface modification and characterization of silica

Abstract Three different silane coupling agents bis[γ-triethoxysilylpropyl]tetrasulfideSi69), γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silaneKH570), ethyltrimethoxysilane11-100were used to modify the precipitated silica powder by organic wet process. Then the structure and property of silica of before and after modification were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic contact angle instrument nanoparticle size Zeta potentiometer and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of three different coupling agents on hydrophobicity and dispersion of precipitated silica were studied. The results show that three different silane coupling agents are grafted successfully onto the surface of silica the content of remaining hydroxyl of silica modified by Si69 reaches the minimum 34.23%. After the silica modified by the coupling agents the reunion phenomenon reduces the size distribution becomes narrow the dispersity obtains obvious improvement. The hydrophobicity is in turn  Si69-SiO2>KH570-SiO2>11-100-SiO2. Through the comparison of modification effect the modification effect of Si69 is the best in all products in this test.

片状银粉行星球磨过程中的影响因素

摘要:采用机械球磨法制备片状银粉,通过扫描电镜和热重分析仪表征银粉形貌、粒径及纯度,研究球磨动能及后处理等因素对银粉性能的影响。结果表明,以球形银粉为球磨前驱体,氧化锆球为磨球,无水乙醇为球磨介质,球磨转速为200 r/min,球料质量比为121,介料质量比为21,填充系数为0.5,油酸为球磨助剂,随着球磨时间的延长,能够制备出不同粒径范围的高片状率的片状银粉;经过后处理后,银粉表面粗糙,热失质量分数小于0.1%,符合片状银粉的应用指标。

Abstract The flake silver powders were prepared by planetary ball milling and then characterized by scanning electron microscopy SEM and thermogravimetric analyzer TGA. Based on the characterization results the impacting factors on fabrication and treatment of flake silver were studied. With the conditions that spherical powder as precursor zirconia balls as balls ethanol as milling media milling speed with 200 r/min the mass ratio of ball and powder with 12:1 the mass ratio of media and powder with 2:1 fill factor with 0.5 and oleic acid as milling aids the high flaky silver powder with different particle size is prepared with the increase of milling time. After being treated the surface of silver particle is rough and TGA is less than 0.1%. The result shows that the flake silver powder achieves the application standard.

光棒废料中提取的白炭黑的疏水化改性

摘要:为找出光纤预制棒废料中提取的白炭黑的改性效果好的硅烷偶联剂,用KH-560KH-151KH-171KH-602CG-55110种硅烷偶联剂对该白炭黑进行改性。白炭黑在140 ℃下活化20 h 将活化的白炭黑3 g分别与10种不同的偶联剂0.3 mL45 mL二甲苯溶剂中130 ℃加热搅拌13 h,离心分离后,固体样品加适量的无水乙醇洗涤烘干后即得到改性的白炭黑。改性后样品的沉降性、亲油化度、表面羟基数等实验结果表明,10种硅烷偶联剂都能对白炭黑进行改性,其中KH-560CG-8030 KH-151 KH-171 KH-172 KH-570对白炭黑的改性效果优于含氨基或巯基的KH-602 KH-792 CG-551KH-550等。

Hydrophobic modification of white carbon black obtained from optical fiber preform waste

Abstract In order to find the silane coupling agents with good modification effect to the white carbon black recycled from the optical fiber preform waste the modification was studied by using 10 kinds of silane coupling agent such as KH-151 KH-171 KH-172 and CG-551. The modification processes are as follows: the white carbon black was activated under the condition of temperature 140   for  20 h then  3 g  white  carbon  black and 0.3 mL coupling agent was heated in 45 mL xylene under 130 for 13 h after centrifugation the solid sample was washed by using the right amount of anhydrous ethanol and the modified white carbon black was gotten after the sample was dried. By comparing the test results of the sedimentation the lipophilic degree and the surface hydroxyl number it is shown that 10 kinds of silane coupling agents can all modify the white carbon black and the modification effects of KH-560 CG-8030 KH-8030 KH-171 KH-172 KH-570 are better than that of silane coupling agentsKH-602 KH-792 CG-551 KH-550 containing amino or sulfhydryl group.

不同条件对铝包覆钛白粉水分散稳定性的影响

摘要:以硫酸铝溶液为包覆剂,采用并流沉淀法,研究反应pH值、反应温度、熟化时间及包覆量对钛白粉包覆氧化铝分散稳定性的影响规律,优化了包覆工艺;采用Zeta电位分析仪、透射电子显微镜以及电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对包覆产品表面电性、微观形貌及成分进行了表征。结果表明:得到高分散稳定性包覆产品的优化工艺条件是反应pH9,反应温度为70 ℃,熟化时间为120 min,包覆量为3.2 %;优化工艺条件下,包覆后的钛白粉比表面积由6.73 m2/g增大至18.28 m2/g,吸油量由19.88 g/mL增至32.46 g/mL;产品表面形成均匀连续絮状包覆层,增强了钛白粉颗粒的表面电性,颗粒间静电斥力增大,水分散稳定性能得到了显著改善。

Effect of the preparation conditions of alumina-coated titanium dioxide on

aqueous dispersion stability

Abstract Taking aluminum sulfate solution as coating agent the effect of pH value temperature aging time and coating quantity on the dispersion stability of alumina-coated titanium dioxide was studied through the parallel flow precipitation process. The surface property microstructure and component of the coated samples were characterized by Zeta potential analyzer TEM and ICP-MS. The results show that the optimal conditions for coated samples with high dispersion stability are as follows: the pH is 9 the temperature is 70 ℃, the ageing time is 2 and the coating quantity  is 3.2%. The specific surface area of coated titanium dioxide is increased from 6.73 m2/g to 18.28 m2/g and the oil-absorption value is  improved from 19.88 g/mL to 32.46 g/mL under the optimal conditions. On the other hand the flocculent coating layer on the coated samples is uniform and continuous. The surface property the electrostatic repulsion between particles and the dispersion stability in aqueous dispersion system were improved remarkably.

不同湿度条件下大气消光系数的概率分布特征

摘要:利用成都市人民南路四段20136月到20145月逐时PM2.5质量浓度、地面能见度监测资料以及同期温江站气象观测数据,反演得到该区域近地面单位质量大气消光系数样本资料。基于L-矩估计法进行参数估计,并借助Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验(KS检验)、相关系数和离差最小平方和(OLS值)原则对正态分布、对数正态分布、皮尔逊IV型分布以及伽马分布函数在不同湿度条件下近地面单位质量大气消光系数拟合优度进行了检验。结果表明:对数正态分布函数拟合效果最优,不同湿度条件下近地面单位质量大气消光系数均服从对数正态分布;随着相对湿度的增加,近地面单位质量消光系数序列的均值和方差也呈现增长的趋势。

Statistical distribution characteristics

of surface extinction efficiency in different humidity conditions

Abstract By using observation data of unit concentration of PM2.5 together with synchronous surface visibility and relative humidity from Sept. 2013 to Jul. 2014 at 4th Section South Renmin Road of Chengdu a sample data set of corresponding atmospheric extinction coefficient per unit was retrieved. Based on L-moment estimation method for parameter estimation and via several methods such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statisticsKS test), correlation coefficient and minimum square sum of deviation principleOLS), goodness of fit test of surface extinction efficiency per unit mass was analyzed under different humidity conditions by using 4 distribution function: normal distribution lognormal distribution Pearson-IV distribution and gamma distribution function. The results are showed as follows: the lognormal distribution function achieves the best fitting and surface extinction efficiency per unit of air mass is distributed lognormal under different humidity conditions. With relative humidity increasing mean and variance of surface extinction efficiency series show an increasing trend.

实测数据对大气颗粒物浓度计算模式的验证

摘要:针对常用的大气颗粒物(PM10PM2.5)浓度计算模式计算结果偏差较大的问题,由太原市城区例行监测的PM10浓度估算出燃煤电厂导致的大气颗粒物(PM10PM2.5)浓度推算值,使用AERMODCALPUFF模式计算燃煤电厂排放源导致的大气颗粒物浓度,对大气颗粒物浓度的计算值与实测值进行了比较分析与评估。结果表明:在城市区域,性能较佳的大气颗粒物浓度计算模式是AERMOD模式。

Validation for calculating models to determine air particle concentration using measured data

Abstract In view of the larger deflection of the air particles concentration calculated by existing calculation modelsestimating the quasi measured concentration of particles produced by coal-fired power plants in Taiyuan city from PM10 actual monitoring values of Taiyuan routine monitoring the air particle concentration were calculated by the AERMOD and CALPUFF model for source of coal-fired power plants the calculation concentration and measured air concentration of the particles were compared and evaluated. The results showed that in urban areas the better calculation model of air particle concentration is AERMOD mode.

碳酸钙微球的制备及其机理

摘要:为了制备出形貌更好的碳酸钙微球,以氯化钙和碳酸钠为原料,通过乙醇溶液和添加柠檬酸2种不同的方法制备。利用场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射和傅里叶变换红外光谱等方法对制备的产物进行分析。结果表明,50%体积分数的乙醇溶液与1.0 mol·L-1柠檬酸调控下都能制备出形貌良好的碳酸钙微球,采用柠檬酸制备的碳酸钙微球成球性较好,制备的碳酸钙微球均由不同的晶型构成。实验通过改变反应条件进一步探索了在柠檬酸控制下碳酸钙微球的成球机理。

Synthesis and mechanism research of calcium carbonate microspheres

Abstract In order to prepare a better morphology of calcium carbonate microspheres calcium chloride and sodium carbonate were used as raw materials and two different ways were used to prepared calcium carbonate microspheres. The products were characterized by Field emission scanning electron microscope X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Results show that under the control of the volume fraction of 50 ethanol and 1.0 mol/L citric acid solution can prepared good morphology of calcium carbonate microsphres and the morphology of as-prepared calcium carbonate microspheres better by adding citric acid than the other method and the as-prepared samples by two methods were composed by different crystal forms. The mechanism is also discussed through changing the reaction conditions.

软化学法合成Gd2O3:Er3+荧光粉粒径与形貌的控制

摘要:探讨一种以非极性溶剂液体石蜡为有机相,利用表面活性剂的组装构型控制制备Gd2O3:Er3+荧光粉,通过改变表面活性剂用量控制粒径大小,采用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析所制粉体的结构、形貌和粒径大小。结果表明,表面活性剂组装固型法所制备的样品为立方晶相,形貌为球形,粒径均匀。与沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法所制备的荧光粉相比,表面活性剂组装固型法制备的样品粒径较小,分布较窄,平均粒径为48 nm;荧光粉的激发峰位于380 nm处,发射峰位于563 nm处,表面活性剂组装构型控制制备Gd2O3:Er3+荧光粉的发光强度显著强于沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法所制备的荧光粉,其发光强度是沉淀法的4倍以上,是溶胶-凝胶法的10倍以上。

Control of particle size and morphology in soft chemistry synthesis Gd2O3:Er3+ phosphor

Abstract Using a non-polar solvent liquid paraffin as organic phase the surfactants self-assembled configuration control preparation of Gd2O3:Er3+ fluorescent powder was researched and the size of the grain diameter was comtrolled through the change of surfactant content.  XRD and SEM were used to analyze the prepared powder of structure morphology and particle. The results indicate that the samples prepared by surfactant-curing method is cubic phase with spherical shape and uniform particle size. With precipitation and sol-gel preparation by the phosphor the sample is preparated by surfactant-curing method that size is small narrow distribution the average particle diameter of 48 nm. The excitation and emission peak is located at 380 nm and 563 nm compared with precipitation and sol-gel method the sample preparated by surfactant-curing method have a stronger luminescence. The luminous intensity is four times bigger than the precipitation is a more than 10 times of sol-gel method.

连续管外壁冲蚀磨损规律

摘要:基于液-固两相流和冲蚀理论,建立环空携砂压裂液冲蚀磨损连续管外壁模型,采用GrantTabakoff模型求解砂砾冲蚀速率,并借助实验数据验证CFD数值模型;利用该模型研究弯曲连续管与直连续管、质量流量、砂砾粒度、压裂液注入排量及压裂液黏度对连续管外壁冲蚀磨损规律影响。数值计算结果表明:弯曲连续管冲蚀磨损严重,且最大冲蚀磨损发生在弯曲连续管与套管形成的小间隙处;随质量流量的增加,连续管冲蚀磨损愈加严重;砂砾粒度对连续管外壁冲蚀磨损影响敏感;随着注入流量的增加,连续管外壁冲蚀磨损呈快速增长趋势;压裂液黏度的增加,最大冲蚀率呈现下降趋势。

Erosion wear law of coiled tubing outer wall

Abstract Based on the fluid and solid two-phase flow dynamics and erosion theory sand-carrying erosion model was established for outer wall  of coiled tubing CT in horizontal section. The erosion rate of sand particle was calculated through Grand and Tabakoff formula. The calculation result was verified with the experimental data for the computational fluid dynamics CFD numerical model. Then this model was applied to study the erosion law of outer wall of CT such as curved tube and straight tube the mass flow the size of sand particle the inject pressure the volume of fracturing fluid injection and the viscosity of fracturing fluid. The result shows that the erosion of curving CT is more serious than that of straight CT and also the erosive wear is the most serious in the small gap between the CT and the casing. With the increase of mass flow erosion rate of outer wall of CT  increased dramatically. The size of sand particle has great effect on the erosion of outer wall of CT. The erosion rate of the CT rapidly grows with the increase of fluid injection volume.

高通量J阀返料特性实验研究

摘要:在提升管高度为17 m,内径为0.1 m的密相输运床实验装置上,实验研究J阀充气流化数(Nj)、J阀斜管充气流化数(Ni)、温度、压力对J阀返料影响。结果表明:在温度和Nj相同下,Ni和压力对固体循环流率基本没有影响;在常温下,Nj 10时,随着流化数的增加固体循环流率(Gs)呈现线性增加的趋势,当Nj>10时,系统运行出现不稳定现象,固体循环流率波动较大;在相同的Ni下,温度越高固体循环流率越小。建立了Gs38~750 kg/m2·s)范围内与Nj的关联式。

Abstract Flow characteristics of high flux J-valve were investigated in a pressurized dense transport bed. The effects of the fluidization numbers of J-valveNj), the inclined pipe of J-valveNi temperature and pressure on recycle device were researched.  Experiment results indicate that the fluidization numbers of the inclined pipe of J-valveNi and the pressure have no effect on solids circulation rates when the temperature and fluidization numbers of J-valvesNj are constant. The solids circulation rate increases with the increasing of Nj when Nj is less than 10. Fluidization instability occurs when Nj is greater than 10 at room temperature. Solids circulation rate decreases with the increasing of temperature when Nj is constant. Correlations of solids circulation rates up to 750 kg/m2·s and Nj were established.

轮胎辊与锥辊立磨粉磨过程力学分析

摘要:为了对立磨中轮胎型和锥型磨辊的粉磨过程进行分析比较,运用微分剪切理论建立轮胎型与锥型磨辊研磨物料的数学模型:通过建立磨辊-物料接触区域不同位置料层厚度的数学公式,得出料层微分单元受力的平衡方程;将方程积分得到磨辊与物料接触力及接触面积的大小。通过计算,得出在研磨过程不同参数(料层厚度、工作压力以及磨辊偏角)与接触面积之间的关系,并对2种磨辊进行比较分析。结果表明:磨辊偏转角度越大,磨辊所受应力峰值越大;在相同工作条件下,轮胎辊与物料有更大的接触面积,较小的应力峰值。

Transient mechanics analysis and comparison of the tyre and cone shaped grinding rollers grinding process

Abstract In order to make a comparison between the tyre and cone shaped grinding rollers grinding process in vertical roller millVRM), the mathematical model of the tyre and cone shaped grinding roller based on the differential shear theory was built. The functional expression of  the materials thickness in different contact zone was also built. The equilibrium equation of the materials differential unit and the contact force and contact area of the grinding roller by integral were obtained. By calculation the relation between different grinding parametersthe thickness of the materials the working force and the deflection angle of the grinding roller and the contact area were obtained then the two kinds of grinding rollers were compared.  The result shows that with the bigger deflation angle the greater peak stress the grinding roller suffers.  Under the same working condition the tyre shaped grinding roller has bigger contact area and smaller peak stress.
